The beginning of a civil war is always destined to conclude with the defeat of one side. This is the reality; there are no fairy-tale happy endings, and Zoffy knew his own fate. Even though the New Space Garrison was not the party that originally instigated the war, they still served as the ultimate cautionary tale in this civil war of the Land of Light. Having already abandoned the idea of establishing their own faction, the ending that awaited him was already set in stone.

The once glorious and radiant Land of Light was now ravaged by the fires of war, marred by a bleakness of shattered walls and ruins. The settlements of the White and Blue Tribes had been thoroughly destroyed. This civil war brought nothing but pain to the Land of Light—perhaps this is one of the reasons it became a history that no one cared to mention.

In truth, neither of the opposing sides emerged as a real victor.

"Zoffy, I need an explanation!"

Ken, who had hurried to arrive with the warriors of the Red Tribe, was clearly furious. As his gaze swept over the surrounding carnage, his heart sank uncontrollably. The mistakes committed by his own brother were truly unforgivable.

Zoffy let his gaze linger over the surroundings before hardening his resolve. He looked at Ken and said, "There is nothing to explain. Everything is exactly as you see it. They wanted war, so I brought them war!"

"Zoffy!" Ken’s fists clenched tightly. A flame of irrepressible rage burned in his eyes; the anger in his heart could not have been greater.

"Father of Ultra..."

A White Tribe Ultra reached out from the collapsed crystal structure. Upon seeing Ken, his eyes filled with a glimmer of hope, pleading for rescue. "He... he killed the Elders..."

Ken’s gaze tightened. He said nothing, merely signaling for the warriors behind him to rescue the White Tribe Ultra. A strange sensation stirred in his heart—shock, mingled with a touch of indignation and... joy.

The Elders of the White Tribe were the founding fathers of the Land of Light, serving as spiritual symbols second only to Ultraman King. Even Ken did not possess authority that surpassed theirs. It was precisely because of this that Ken had always felt his hands tied by these old men; some of his own power had even been gradually encroached upon by them. Yet, he had never found an effective way to deal with them. Zoffy’s actions had, in fact, done Ken a great favor.

"Hmph."

Zoffy’s eyes narrowed, and he let out a cold, indifferent scoff. He extended his arm slightly, and a surging beam of energy erupted, striking down the White Tribe Ultra before the other warriors could reach him. Light energy particles dissipated into the air, and the ruined structures above collapsed further.

"Waaah!"

The young Ultra warriors jumped back in terror. The power of the energy beam Zoffy had fired so casually was far greater than their own finishing moves; they had no desire to be consumed by an energy beam like that White Tribe warrior.

"Zoffy! Stop!"

Ken’s eyes were bloodshot. Zoffy dared to kill a White Tribe warrior right in front of him? Did he have no regard for his status as the de facto leader of the Land of Light?

Zoffy shrugged dismissively, lowered his arm, and said, "Do you really think it’s possible to stop at this point?"

The blood feud between the White and Blue Tribes was now established. One side had to fall; any mercy shown to an opponent was cruelty to one's own. Cold-blooded as he was, Zoffy naturally understood the principle of exterminating one's enemies.

Ken ripped off his red cape, letting it fall onto the ground littered with crystal shards, and thrust his right hand into the air.

"The battle begins!"

As his voice fell, a large number of Red Tribe warriors surged out from behind Ken, howling as they charged toward the New Space Garrison. Simultaneously, a barrage of energy beams rained down upon Zoffy, who stood at the forefront.

*Boom!*

A dome-shaped shield formed of light ions appeared in front of Zoffy. He raised his right arm, holding firm against the onslaught of energy beams. He looked back at his exhausted subordinates, nodded slightly, and shouted:

"Having come this far with me, you all understand our ultimate end. The status the Blue Tribe will hold in the final moments depends on this battle. Let these arrogant Red Tribe brats see just how formidable the Blue Tribe is!"

The remaining members of the New Space Garrison, their eyes resolute and firm, soared into the sky to engage their opponents. They shouted in unison as they met the charge:

"Fight!"

Fight for the dignity of the Blue Tribe!

The violent collisions between their massive bodies and the clashing of energy beams signaled the start of the final battle. Zoffy's side was already at the end of their rope; having endured two high-intensity battles, the warriors of the New Space Garrison were physically and mentally spent. Their Dictator Gear armor emitted strained, mechanical groans, and the sounds of close-quarters combat rang out repeatedly as they descended into a chaotic melee.

Facing the numerous Red Tribe warriors who were at the peak of their combat readiness, the outcome seemed almost certain. Yet, at the start of the battle, they surprisingly held the upper hand. Their reckless, close-quarters fighting style and exquisite coordination allowed the New Space Garrison to briefly suppress the Red Tribe.

These were the very things that the seemingly powerful Red Tribe warriors lacked. Unlike the battle-hardened veterans of the New Space Garrison, the Red Tribe warriors were extremely unpracticed in combat skills and the control of light techniques, not to mention tactical coordination. In fact, they were merely average soldiers of the Space Garrison. The most elite warriors of the Space Garrison, led by Zoffy, were still rushing toward the Land of Light.

However, as the battle intensified, the advantage of sheer numbers and energy reserves began to tilt the scales. Most notable among the Red Tribe were Golian, followed by Zagi, Dori, Garales, and Fraya—all excellent and high-spirited warriors. Because of this, Cupid led an elite squad of the New Space Garrison to specifically intercept them.

But in this situation, a strange pair on the battlefield began to stand out.

A warrior of the Seven clan, Ultraseven (though to other Ultras in the Land of Light, the difference between Seven X and Seven was indiscernible), was coordinating with an unnamed Ultra warrior (Ultraman Belial) to engage members of the New Space Garrison. Soon enough, the situation caused by this duo caught Cupid’s attention.
